Junior Product Manager
Job Overview
Major tasks and responsibilities of position:
- Management and support of our brands
- Planning and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
- Administrative support to sales and marketing colleagues
- Development of trade strategies and tools
- Support to the yearly budget planning and forecasting
- Product portfolio maintenance
- Support in new products launches on the market in accordance to launch plans
- Identify new business opportunities
- Establish effective network within the business environment
Qualifications:
- Formal education in Sales & Marketing and preferably within Life sciences
- Min 2 years of business experience in similar position
- Fluent in at least one of the Scandinavian languages as well as in English, written and spoken
- Good knowledge and use of IT including digital media
- Knowledge and experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Possess excellent analytical skills
- A desire to learn
- Ability to travel – primarily locally but also to other Nordic countries and rest of Europe
- A mature, extrovert and highly motivated personality with ability to work independently and with a minimum of supervision
- A flexible and ambitious person with a strong desire and motivation to make a positive difference
- A strong team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to generate high motivational levels within own local organization and larger organization
