HR Partner, Esprit Nordic

Job Overview

As our new HR Partner you join an organisation of 170 employees, serving offices & stores in Denmark, Sweden & Finland. As HR Partner you will become vital for our 7 Retail stores and have a great involvement and impact. You will be first point of contact for all store staff and store management and support the business by optimising and executing a range of key HR processes.

You will report directly to the Head of HR Nordic and work at our Scandinavian Head office located in Copenhagen.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as sparring partner for managers in the business area of Retail and as their point of entry into HR while also working closely with the Head of HR and one other HR colleague
  • Recruitment & on boarding of new joiners – take lead and secure best practise within all processes
  • Drive implementation and coordinate major Human Resources processes
  • Support Retail management team in legal HR related matters and HR issues in general
  • Training – defining and planning needs
  • Implementing a Health & Safety organization in our stores

Besides the above you will also have your fair share of all the administrational tasks, including maintaining HR Master Data, updating staff handbooks, preparation of employment documents, HR reports, statistics etc.

Qualifications

You are energetic and have the ability to work independently. You have a very proactive way of working while at the same time showing good communication skills and being emphatic.

Structured, analytic and systematic characterizes your way of working. You are a do’er and you execute!

You hold a Master or similar degree within Human Resource or other relevant educational background and have a broad HR experience. You are either a Swede that speaks and reads Danish or you are Dane that speaks and reads Swedish. Given the international aspect of the job, you also need to be proficient in English.

You are more than strong with numbers, Excel and the ‘harder’ parts of HR and you have a digital mindset.
