THE POSITION

As Assistant Store Manager at Monki you will be an important part of your store’s management team, taking on the responsibility for customer service, sales, store standards and profitability together with your store manager. You will support your manager in leading your store team in their daily work—and in empowering them to be the best brand ambassadors they can be. Together, you and your manager will lead by presenting a great example, and by making feedback a tool for development.

YOU

You are an experienced salesperson with a passion for good customer service: You know that great fashion is a good start in creating an outstanding retail experience, but that a hello and a smile from the store staff can make it a great one. You use feedback as a development tool. Your leadership and coaching abilities, as well as planning and organising talents, make you ready to take on the responsibility of a key role in a store. Working in a fast paced environment suits you.

Please note that we are an international company, and that as Assistant Store Manager you will need a good grasp of English.
